About the Position
We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in implementing data governance frameworks and driving data quality initiatives for a leading bank.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Assist in driving data quality initiatives, including defining controls, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating issue remediation.
- Support data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, and data lineage processes.
- Partner with business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate governance forums, stakeholder engagement, and training to promote data governance adoption.
- Support audit, regulatory, and enterprise data transformation initiatives through strong data management practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or data quality within financial services.
- Good understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
- Experience in supporting and defining data strategies, target-state operating models, data capabilities, and implementation roadmaps to support business transformation and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with data enablement processes and delivering different strategies for refinement and improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.
- SQL and relevant data governance certifications are advantageous.
Eligibility to Work in SG
Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Singapore. Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered. Employment Pass sponsorship is not available for this role.
