Data Modeler (f/m/x)

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to join our team in Cracow. You will implement innovative data strategies and designs across various data platforms, contributing to the development of robust data architectures that support business needs. Your strong communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with business and application teams, ensuring that data flows and models are aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Implementing business and IT data requirements through new data strategies and designs across all data platforms and tools
• Collaborating with business and application teams to build data flows and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Defining and governing data modeling and design standards, tools, and best practices for enterprise data models
• Identifying architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources and tools supporting automated data loads and analytics
• Conducting hands-on modeling, design, configuration, installation, and performance tuning for data solutions
• Working proactively and independently to address project requirements and articulate challenges to mitigate delivery risks

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and NoSQL data platforms
• Deep expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and related tools such as Erwin or Visual Paradigm
• Practical experience with data lakes and data warehouses in multi-data-center environments
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and ETL processes
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Openness to working from the office up to six times per month

Nice to Have

• Experience with MongoDB
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts
