About the Position
We are seeking a Data Platform Engineer with 15+ years in software development to join our team in Europe. This role is remote and offers a competitive salary range of $3000 - $6000/year.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data platforms
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Kafka, Spark, Flink, and Airflow
- Ensure data integrity and performance with tools like Protobuf and Parquet
- Utilize Kubernetes and ArgoCD for orchestration and deployment
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Java, Scala, Rust, Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Familiarity with Haskell/Erlang
- Experience with Kafka, Spark, Flink, Airflow, Protobuf, Parquet
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD is a plus
Language
- Advanced/Fluent English
