About the Position

We are seeking a Data Platform Migration Lead with over 10 years of experience for a hybrid role in Warsaw or Gdańsk.

Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (Hybrid) - 3 days per week in the client's office
Start Date: 01.11.2026
Employment Type: B2B with ITFS
Rate: 240 PLN/h + VAT

Coordinate the supplier change as Project Manager
Plan and manage implementation activities, including schedules, dependencies, resources, and risk
Plan and manage the project budget and financial forecasting
Monitor and report on implementation progress and risks, with a focus on proactive problem identification and escalation to ensure predictable delivery
Maintain project management discipline by promoting a strong implementation culture
Conduct project team meetings

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Proven success in leading large-scale platform migration or vendor swap projects in the Hadoop / Cloudera area
Excellent stakeholder and senior management engagement skills
Very good risk and issue management skills
High analytical ability and attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear conclusions
Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written collaboration
Presentation of high responsibility, proactivity, and a problem-solving attitude
English proficiency at least at the B2 level
