About the Role

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of annotated data for our machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

Review annotated data for compliance with established guidelines and standards.
Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in annotated data.
Measure and report on quality metrics such as accuracy, precision, and inter-annotator agreement.
Collaborate with the annotator team to provide feedback and training to improve quality standards.
Monitor and report on anomalies or outliers in the data.
Participate in the continuous improvement of annotation processes and guidelines.
Work with data scientists and domain experts to ensure annotated data meets requirements.
Use prompting techniques to support data annotation.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role in operations, controlling, or data annotation is advantageous.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data annotation is advantageous.
Excellent data analysis and validation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
Strong communication skills to interact with annotators and stakeholders.
Team-oriented approach and ability to work in an agile environment.
Practical experience with prompting and AI-assisted tools is advantageous.
Fluent in German (spoken and written).
