To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Data Sales Manager who will drive the expansion of our Data and AI business in Switzerland. The focus will be on strategic partnerships with Databricks and the development of joint business opportunities. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Salesforce is advantageous.

Your Mission

You will develop our Data & AI business in Switzerland together with Databricks and other strategic partners. You will combine partner management, business development, and enterprise sales, identify new market potentials, and support customers on their Data and AI transformation journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the sales of our Data & AI services in Switzerland
  • Strategic expansion of the partnership with Databricks
  • Development of joint Go-to-Market initiatives and sales campaigns with Databricks
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with Databricks Account Executives and partner teams
  • Identifying new customers and developing existing enterprise accounts
  • Positioning Xebia as the leading partner for Data, AI, and Modern Data Platforms
  • Advising customers on Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and GenAI
  • Developing and managing complex sales opportunities until contract closure
  • Collaborating with our Data, Cloud, and AI consultants on customer projects
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Presales, and Delivery
  • Forecasting, pipeline management, and responsibility for revenue growth

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development in the Data or Cloud environment
  • Experience in the sales of Data platforms or Analytics solutions
  • Very good knowledge of the Databricks ecosystem or comparable Modern Data platforms
  • Experience in building strategic technology partnerships
  • Understanding of modern Data architectures, AI, and Cloud technologies
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform is advantageous
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
  • Strong hunter mentality with high initiative
  • Confident appearance at management and C-level
  • High closing strength and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
