Data Scientist (Analytics) – Home AI products
Join Opendoor’s central data team as a Data Scientist (Analytics) in Kraków, Poland. Drive data-led culture and develop AI-powered solutions for home assessment.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve the home assessment process using 500+ property data points and millions of transactions.
- Build dashboards, metrics, and models to spot issues, automate workflows, and boost efficiency.
- Collaborate daily with teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure data-driven improvements.
- Monitor model accuracy, conduct A/B tests, and report insights to leadership.
- Drive building evals for AI products
- Be a founding Data team member for Poland office and help drive data-led culture
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in analytics or data science (Python, SQL, statistics).
- Prior work in tech, marketplace operations, or real estate preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience in operational analytics or AI deployment.
- Background in real estate data, valuation, or computer vision.
