Data Scientist & ML Engineer

About the Position

Paradigma Digital is seeking a Data Scientist & ML Engineer to join our team in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain. This role combines research and development of machine learning models with their implementation and deployment in production systems.

Your work will span from data collection and preprocessing to the optimization and maintenance of models in production, ensuring their performance and scalability. Additionally, you will apply advanced artificial intelligence techniques, including Generative AI, to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection, Cleaning, and Preprocessing: Manage and prepare data from various sources for analysis.
• Data Exploration and Visualization: Create charts and visualizations to identify insights and communicate results.
• Development and Validation of Predictive and Descriptive Models: Implement machine learning and statistical algorithms to predict and describe future behaviors, validating and adjusting these models as necessary.
• Design and Implementation of Machine Learning Architectures: Create and structure machine learning systems from conception to implementation.
• Development of Data Pipelines: Implement processes for the ingestion and processing of large volumes of data.
• Optimization and Scalability of Models: Adjust machine learning models to improve their performance and scalability.
• Deployment and Maintenance of Models in Production: Ensure the correct integration and functioning of models in production environments.
• Monitoring and Adjustment of Models: Supervise and adjust models in production to maintain their performance over time.
• Application of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI Techniques: Implement and optimize advanced AI models, including Generative AI, for various applications.
