About the Position
Data Solutions Architect
We are seeking a Junior Data Solutions Architect to join our team in Viet Nam on a Hybrid basis. You will be responsible for designing and delivering data-driven platforms from discovery through go-live. You will partner with stakeholders, shape architecture decisions, guide delivery teams, and support pre-sales when needed.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve large-scale data and analytics solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and constraints
- Define architecture decisions, document trade-offs, and guide implementation teams
- Lead delivery from requirements through go-live including quality attributes and non-functional needs
- Create and present architecture documentation for stakeholder and delivery alignment
- Support pre-sales activities including discovery, solutioning, and technical assessments
- Evaluate existing architectures, identify gaps, and recommend pragmatic improvements
- Share knowledge through proofs of concept, internal learning, and architecture community activities
Requirements
- Requirements engineering capability to translate needs into architecture and delivery plan
- Solution architecture background across design, deployment, maintenance, and modernization
- Architecture patterns knowledge across multiple domains such as data platforms, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Back-end, or mobile
- Deep technical expertise in at least one domain including core internals and operational considerations
- Data and analytics architecture understanding including warehousing, business intelligence, integration, security, governance, and operations
- Distributed systems experience across on-premises and cloud environments including troubleshooting and replatforming
- Architecture process knowledge including quality attributes, technology selection, estimation, and documentation
- Clear communication in English with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Pre-sales experience including solution assessments and proposal support
- Streaming and event-driven architecture exposure
- Machine learning operations (MLOps) or data platform operations experience
