Database & DevOps Engineer (all genders)

Your Mission
As a Database & DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design and maintain the SCADA database architecture
- Develop retention, aggregation, and storage concepts
- Optimize database performance and resource utilization
- Develop database migration and recovery mechanisms
- Define and maintain container orchestration for the SCADA system
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate builds, testing, packaging, and deployments
- Provide monitoring and observability solutions
- Collaborate closely with Backend, Systems, and Test engineers
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years as DevOps/Database engineer
- Experience with TimeScaleDB or comparable time-series database
- Skills in Database lifecycle management and performance optimizations
- Knowledge of Podman and container orchestration
- Understanding of Backup and recovery concepts
- Experience with CI/CD and build automation
- Experience in Agile software development
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on experience in industrial cybersecurity
- Bonus: Experience with SCADA or comparable industrial systems
