About the Position
Database Developer
We are looking for a skilled Database Developer with experience in schema design, code review, and SQL query tuning to join our team in Gdansk, Poland, or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Working with a distributed team in London and Paris on our internal database structure.
- Schema design, code review, and SQL query tuning.
- Developing stored procedures, functions, packages, etc. for both Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Requirements
- Commercial experience of at least 1 year.
- Ability to assist with schema design, code review, and SQL query tuning.
- Develop stored procedures, functions, packages, and views using PLSQL, PGSQL, and SQL.
- Experience with Liquibase.
- Write and deploy SQL script upgrades.
- Knowledge of the system catalog.
- Tools: PostgreSQL DBeaver, pgAdmin, Oracle SQL Developer, Toad.
- Proven work experience as a Database developer.
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Jira software and Git (or SVN) is a plus.
- Spoken intermediate English level.
