About the Position

Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

We are seeking a Sales Professional for hydraulic products and systems for construction machinery in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities for our hydraulic equipment and systems to construction machinery manufacturers, either directly or in collaboration with agents.

Requirements

• Construction machinery sales experience
• Good communication skills within and outside the company (logical thinking, assertiveness, etc.)
• Business English proficiency (TOEIC 750+)
• Native-level Japanese

Nice to Have

• Experience in handling hydraulic products

Work Locations

• Yokohama headquarters (walking distance from Center North Station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway) or Tsuchiura factory (Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

Salary

• Range: Up to 8,500,000 JPY (up to 11,000,000 JPY for managerial positions)
• The final offer amount will be determined based on experience, skills evaluation, and interview results. This position's upper limit is targeted for candidates with sufficient work experience and achievements in the field.

• Retirement age: 60 (with re-employment system)
