You will join our Sound United Business Unit with iconic brands like Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, Definitive Technology, Classé, and Boston Acoustics, based in Barcelona, Spain in the position of: Dealer Support Associate Spain (1-Year FTC).

Responsibilities

  • Dealer Order & Request Management: Daily order entry; handling dealer inquiries on pricing, availability, backorders, payments, and incomplete orders; proposing alternative products when needed.
  • Stock & Logistics Coordination: Stock allocation, goods return, and coordination with local logistics operations for Spain and Portugal.
  • Commercial & Financial Coordination: Daily shortage reporting to the Commercial Team; credit note coordination; debit note checks; payment limit verification with Credit Control.
  • Sales & Account Support: Supporting sales teams with local stock sales (marketing samples, B stock, loan stock); product listings at key accounts.
  • Service, Warranty & Case Handling: Informing dealers about service and warranty rules.
  • Acting as the receptionist of the ID Lounge, serving as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
  • Supporting the daily management of the ID Lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Process Improvement & Product Knowledge: Staying updated on products and trends via Harman University; proposing improvements to reduce manual order changes.

Requirements

  • Experience with similar positions
  • A thorough understanding of order to cash process
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Clear, professional communication with dealers and internal stakeholders
  • A customer focused mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Audio & Video area
  • Educated to High School Diploma level or equivalent e.g. A-Level or Int. Baccalaureate
