Job Title: Delivery Coordinator – Gender and Disability Inclusion

Responsibilities
The Delivery Coordinator – Gender and Disability Inclusion will assist the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE), Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE), Teaching Service Commission (TSC) and other national agencies to ensure that gender equality and disability inclusion are systematically mainstreamed across all Leaders in Teaching (LiT) pillars and outcomes. The role will ensure that inclusion is not treated as a stand-alone workstream, but as a practical operating principle embedded in leadership, teacher education, recruitment, and more.
