Delivery Director – Life Sciences & Healthcare

About the Position

We're looking for a Delivery Director – Life Sciences & Healthcare to join our team in Paris in a hybrid working mode. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and expand EPAM’s Life Sciences and Healthcare portfolio across France. You will shape delivery strategies, manage large-scale data-driven and AI-enabled transformations, and advise senior executives to achieve measurable business outcomes. Your impact will extend from strategy through execution, driving innovation and ensuring delivery excellence on complex client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams delivering GxP-aware data and cloud transformation programs
• Partner with clients to define AI business cases, roadmaps and architectures, collaborating with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, UX designers and product owners
• Own account delivery excellence, including KPIs, quality, risk and compliance
• Act as billable CXO-level advisor on data, cloud, R&D, manufacturing and digital transformation strategies
• Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, working with Account Management and Sales to drive renewals, resales, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Identify and integrate emerging GenAI capabilities within enterprise ecosystems
• Build and leverage a strong French Life Sciences network to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships
• Align with global EPAM capabilities, working closely with hyperscaler partners and offshore/nearshore delivery centers

Requirements

• Strong track record in Life Sciences or regulated industry technology services
• Established network within the French pharmaceutical ecosystem and technology partners
• Solid experience with AI (including Generative AI) and Digital Twin, from proof of concept to production
• Strong grounding in modern software delivery practices – Agile, DevOps, microservices, API-driven integration
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, capable of influencing at C-suite level
• Proven success in delivering cloud and data programs (AWS/Azure/GCP, data platforms, AI/ML) in regulated environments
• Demonstrated leadership and talent development experience across distributed teams
• Ability to travel as required
