Delivery Engineer

About the Position

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Delivery Engineer to be the backbone of our Delivery operations. As the anchor in our Delivery team, you'll keep the digital gears of our organization running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all IT Infrastructure elements, from networks and databases to servers, systems, and the expansive cloud.
• Provide top-tier support to end-users tackling infrastructure-related challenges.
• Dive into customer projects, contributing through system integration.
• Play an active role in infrastructure procurement processes, ensuring we're always ahead of the tech curve.

Requirements

• BSc degree from Electronic, Telecom Engineering or relevant fields,
• Living or willing to move to Izmir, Turkey.
• Excellent standard of English, written and oral,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the mobile telecommunication field,
• Technical understanding of 2G/3G/4G mobile technologies, including RAN standards, architectures, protocols,
• Collaborate with customers on deployment and provide support for upgrades, new features, and fixes,
• Radio Planning and Optimization experience is a plus,
• Having knowledge about information technologies, systems, and database operations,
• Multi-Vendor Knowledge and Experience of Ericsson, Huawei and/or Nokia and/or ZTE RAN and OSS is a plus,
• Strong experience in BSS and OSS systems, processes, and software solutions,
• Experience in Integration & Commissioning of Telecom equipment,
• Good Knowledge & Skills in Operation processes like Scripting, MML Commands, XML preparations, etc. of at least one of the Nokia Netact, ZTE EMS, Ericsson OSS RC, and Huawei M2000/U2000 systems,
• Programming language experience like C#, Phyton,.Net Core, and SQL knowledge is a plus,
• Strong analytical skills. Capable of analyzing various data to derive insights and make actionable recommendations.
