About the Position

Delivery Lead / Engineering Manager

- Locations: Gliwice, Kraków, Warszawa, Wrocław
- Senior: 16000 - 24000 PLN net
Responsibilities
Owning delivery quality, team health, and technical direction
Sitting between a project manager and an engineering lead
Removing blockers and keeping quality high without micromanaging
Translating business context into technical priorities
Building team culture intentionally
Managing stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical sides
Requirements
Technically
- 3+ years in a technical delivery, dev management, or hybrid role
- Practical Agile delivery experience
- Hands-on with Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace
- Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
- Available in Gliwice office once a week
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a software consultancy or digital product studio
- Background in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation
- Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams
