The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Delivery Manager.

The Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and governance of MOAP Delivery services covering mobile applications and related backend components. The role requires strong experience in managing large-scale agile delivery engagements within enterprise environments, preferably in automotive or similarly regulated industries.

The individual will act as the primary coordination and governance interface between Client stakeholders and partner delivery teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality, and compliant delivery aligned with MOAP objectives, timelines, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget;
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
• Create and maintain the project documentation with offshore PM.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing large-scale agile delivery engagements within enterprise environments
• Proficiency in coordinating and governing delivery services
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
