What is Important for Us
- 3+ років досвіду управління клієнтськими проєктами в digital-маркетингу
- Досвід координації кросфункціональних команд і кількох маркетингових сервісів
- Розуміння маркетингових KPI, економіки проєктів та контролю витрат робочого часу
- Досвід управління клієнтськими очікуваннями та врегулювання ескалацій
- Вміння налагоджувати процеси, керувати пріоритетами, строками й ресурсами
- Аналітичне мислення, самостійність і сильні комунікаційні навички
Main Tasks
- Planning: Manage the client's delivery plan: results, stages, deadlines, responsible parties, dependencies, and approval criteria.
- Coordination of Execution: Align priorities between services, remove blockers, conduct Delivery Reviews, and record decisions, owners, and deadlines.
- Scope of Work and Changes: Assess the impact on deadlines, resources, cost, and quality before starting additional work; agree on changes with KAM, the team, and the client within the limits of authority.
- Risks and Communication: Maintain a risk and issue register, escalate threats with solution options in advance; provide the client and team with the current status.
- Resources: Forecast the need for people and hours, monitor the plan/fact, highlight overloads; coordinate resource decisions with Heads of Expertise.
- Quality and Improvement: Coordinate the verification and acceptance of results; conduct retrospectives and implement agreed improvements after significant deviations.
