Delivery Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Delivery Manager for a MilTech company in Kyiv, Ukraine, specializing in defense technology and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Management of contracts: Control over the fulfillment of specifications, terms, and conditions of supply.
• Project planning and timely implementation: Development of detailed project schedules and monitoring their adherence.
• Coordination and communication: Work with technical teams and other stakeholders involved in the creation and execution of contracts/projects.
• Ensuring product compliance: Ensuring the product meets customer requirements, certifications, quality standards, and customs legislation of target countries.
• International projects/contracts: Consideration of international projects/contracts and compliance with Ukrainian export control legislation and that of partner countries.
• Production planning: Coordination of supply chains for the production of goods planned for export in international projects, minimizing the risk of delays in components and finished products at every stage of international contract/project execution.
• Operational risk management: Consideration of factors affecting product pricing, currency fluctuations, geopolitical factors, export control risks, customs, and production shortages (possible claims).
• On-site deployment organization: Planning for company teams to travel abroad for product acceptance and related company services and after-sales support at the customer's location.
• Creation and maintenance of technical support processes (After-sales): Building warranty service, repair, and replacement processes for defective parts at the international level.
• Feedback collection and analysis: Collecting and analyzing feedback from foreign customers after project completion/product supply (export).

Requirements

• Experience in managing international projects, contracts, or deliveries.
• Skills in coordinating cross-functional teams and effective stakeholder interaction.
• Understanding of international logistics, export, and contractual processes.
• Ability to plan and monitor project implementation, manage risks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with technical, manufacturing, high-tech, or miltech environments is a plus.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or project management systems is a plus.
