About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team and contribute to a major mobile banking transformation initiative. In this position, you will oversee a team of approximately 20 engineers spanning.NET backend and native mobile development, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery.

You will work hand-in-hand with both client stakeholders and technical teams, bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to the delivery process while empowering the team to meet project objectives.

The role is based in Athens and requires regular on-site presence at the client's offices.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support a cross-functional delivery team
  • Coordinate development efforts across both mobile and.NET backend workstreams
  • Evaluate technical solutions to ensure they align with project objectives
  • Assist with task estimation, planning, and prioritization
  • Track progress and keep the team on schedule
  • Proactively identify and address risks and blockers
  • Maintain close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and team workflows
  • Mentor team members and nurture a collaborative working culture
  • Promote the effective use of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps

Requirements

  • Proven background in Delivery Management or Project Management within IT projects
  • Solid understanding of mobile applications and.NET backend technologies
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern integration practices
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments
  • Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams effectively
  • Experience working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A structured, solution-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in Greek and a strong command of English (B2 or higher)
