About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in a major mobile banking transformation initiative. In this position, you will oversee a team of approximately 20 engineers spanning.NET backend and native mobile development, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is based in Athens, with regular on-site presence at the client’s premises.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a cross-functional delivery team
  • Coordinate development efforts across both mobile and.NET backend workstreams
  • Review proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
  • Assist with task estimation, planning, and prioritization
  • Track progress and keep the team focused on agreed milestones
  • Proactively identify and address risks and blockers
  • Maintain transparent communication and alignment with client stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and team workflows
  • Mentor team members and cultivate a collaborative working environment
  • Promote effective use of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Delivery Management or Project Management within IT projects
  • Solid understanding of mobile applications and.NET backend systems
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern integration practices
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate technical teams
  • Background in Agile/SCRUM working environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A structured, solution-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in Greek and a strong command of English (B2 or higher)
