Responsibilities

• Ownership of end-to-end delivery - managing project execution from kickoff to release (scope, schedule, budget, quality), ensuring predictability and transparency in delivery.
• Planning and Execution - creating and maintaining delivery plans (roadmaps, milestones, sprint/release plans), closing dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Scope and Change Management (CR) - leading the change process: impact analysis (time/cost/risk), recommendations, trade-offs, and ensuring consistent execution.
• Risk and Escalation Management - early identification of risks, proposing mitigation plans, removing blockers, and effective escalation when needed.
• Leading the Project Team - conducting delivery rituals (daily/planning/review/retro), supporting high team effectiveness, streamlining workflow, and accountability.
• Collaborating with PM from Belgium (client-facing) - close cooperation with the Project Manager from Belgium, who handles client communication for French-speaking accounts.
• Direct project management for English-speaking clients - acting as the main Project Manager for selected English-speaking clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Delivery / Project Management in a software environment (agency or in-house) and project execution for web/mobile/AI.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1) in speech and writing.
• Documented experience in delivering projects: planning, risk management, scope control, release coordination, stakeholder collaboration.
• High level of ownership and responsibility - proactivity, structured action, ability to bring topics to completion.
• Interest in digital products and technology.
