About the Position
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator (Project Operations) to join our innovative online casino team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a full-time position where you will manage game release plans and jackpot implementations.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate and facilitate the game release plan
- Manage the jackpot implementation, configuration, and delivery
- Provide guidance for changes in the release plan between vendors, internal teams, and external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams for localization, changes, updates, and jackpot configurations
- Coordinate tasks with external partners to ensure smooth game and jackpot release
- Work closely with Devs and QAs on identifying and resolving risks related to game and jackpot releases
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1-C2) - both written and verbal
- Good understanding of IT concepts and agile software development
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Git and Version Control
- Keen interest in the game development process
- Experience in a client-facing technical role
- Experience in Project Management
