About the Position

Programmatic advertising is evolving, and there’s a clear opportunity to make the ecosystem more transparent, efficient, and valuable for both publishers and advertisers.

At Bridgent, we’re building a new audience-focused, AI-driven unified ad platform designed to create stronger connections between supply and demand, improve transparency, and help publishers capture more value from their inventory. This is a great opportunity to join Bridgent at an early stage and help shape its Agency Relationship ecosystem from the ground up, bringing in the right partners, building strong relationships, and directly influencing how the platform grows.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new Direct demand, including Big Six agency holdings, independent midmarket agencies, and direct advertisers
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, existing industry relationships, referrals, and events
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs discovery to proposal, commercial negotiations, campaign launch, and spend scaling
  • Understand partners’ campaign objectives, budgets, target audiences, geographies, formats, and performance expectations to identify the right opportunities within Bridgent
  • Present Bridgent’s inventory, audience capabilities, and programmatic solutions in a way that connects directly to advertiser and agency needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and partnership agreements while ensuring healthy platform economics
  • Work with Account Management, Supply, Product, and Tech teams to successfully launch campaigns and ensure access to relevant inventory
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase budgets, launch additional campaigns, expand formats or geographies, and grow long-term spend
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers and develop Bridgent into a trusted long-term programmatic partner

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Programmatic Sales, Agency Partnerships, Advertiser Acquisition, or a similar commercial role within AdTech
  • Strong understanding of digital and programmatic media buying
  • Proven experience sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing new agency or direct advertiser partnerships independently
  • Existing network across media agencies, DSPs, brands
  • Strong understanding of advertising budgeting, media planning cycles, campaign objectives, and key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, reach, and viewability
  • Experience with programmatic buying models and formats, including display, video, mobile, CTV, open auction, PMP, and programmatic guaranteed
  • Ability to translate advertiser objectives and campaign briefs into relevant programmatic solutions and commercial proposals
  • Experience launching or scaling agency and advertiser partnerships across Tier 1 markets
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior agency and brand stakeholders
  • Familiarity with privacy requirements affecting digital advertising, including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and regional regulations
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Analytical and self-driven approach with the ability to manage a pipeline and deliver against acquisition, spend, and revenue targets

We Offer

  • Opportunity to join an innovative company at an early stage
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of programmatic advertising
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Opportunity for professional growth and development
