The adjoe Demand Growth team helps gaming advertisers grow and succeed on our platform. You'll be a trusted growth partner for a portfolio of gaming studios and publishers, building strong relationships, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, and developing strategies that drive mutual success for both our partners and adjoe.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of gaming partners and grow their business with us.
• Understand and utilize adtech KPIs like CPI, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and ARPDAU.
• Use analytical skills and expertise in Google Suite, especially Sheets, to spot performance trends and build growth strategies.
• Provide honest, data-backed advice to partners and lead external partner meetings.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and find solutions that work for both sides.
• Keep a close eye on campaign performance and stay proactive across your whole portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with partners through calls, email, and Slack, and present regular reports and reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile gaming. Experience in user acquisition or account management at a gaming studio, publisher, ad network, or agency.
• Fluent in adtech KPIs and data.
• Growth-minded. Always looking for the next opportunity to test and scale.
• Confident with partners. Give honest, data-backed advice, even when it isn't what a partner wants to hear.
• Organized and self-driven. Take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A clear communicator. Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional adtech tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with other programming languages or data analysis tools.
