About the Position

We are looking for an energetic, communicative Demonstrator of Bosch Professional Tools and Equipment who will become the face of the brand directly at sales points (specialized distributors) and during industry events and open days.

Your Day-to-Day (Scope of duties):

• 🛠️ Dynamic Live Demonstrations: Presenting a wide range of Bosch power tools, measuring tools, accessories, and hand tools in workshop and construction conditions.
• 🤝 Training and Support for Stores: Building relationships with store staff and conducting product training sessions to increase their confidence in sales.
• 💡 Expert Advice: Providing on-site advice, answering technical questions from customers, and sharing practical tips and tricks.
• 🪚 Live Testing Zone: Encouraging customers to test the equipment themselves, free of charge and safely (drilling, cutting, assembly without restrictions).
• 🛠️ Participation in special industry shows, preparation and conducting "demo days" and workshops.
• 🎉 Attractions and Contests: Conducting mini-contests for show participants, engaging the audience, and distributing branded giveaways.
• 📈 Brand Care and Reporting: Supervising the proper display of Bosch products and weekly reporting of results and market feedback.

Requirements

We are looking for someone like you if:

• 🎓 Your education is at least secondary or vocational level.
• 🔧 You are passionate about DIY: You are an active DIY enthusiast or have construction/workshop experience (PRO) and are comfortable using tools.
• 📅 You are independent and organized: You can independently plan your visit schedule and efficiently prepare the demonstration area.
• 🗣️ You love interacting with people: You have excellent communication skills, easily build relationships, and feel comfortable in the role of a presenter/host.
• 🚗 You have a category B driver's license (mandatory): As the job involves travel within the assigned region.
• 💼 Desirable: Experience in sales, promotion, or direct customer service in the construction/tools industry. Knowledge of English is an additional asset.
