About the Position

We are currently seeking a Department Manager to join our team in Strömstad, Sweden. This is a full-time position offering 35 hours per week with a start date in November or by agreement.

Responsibilities

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers.
Evaluating your team’s performance, providing regular feedback, and supporting succession through their development and training.
Analyzing and following up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department.
Ensuring Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to always secure all employees and customers' safety.

Requirements

We are looking for people who have:

Management experience in a customer-facing environment.
Previous experience of leading and managing teams.
A passion for profitability and people.
A Customer-first mindset.

Nice to Have

Basic language skills in Swedish or English.
