About the Position

Deployment Specialist

São Paulo, Brazil

Glasslake

São Paulo, in-person 3x/week

About Glasslake

Glasslake is building the operating system for SAP delivery - the infrastructure layer underneath the most complex and expensive IT projects companies run. SAP implementations move billions of dollars and thousands of consultants, but the knowledge generated in these projects is never captured: it lives in people's heads, disappears when the project ends, and gets rebuilt from scratch on every new engagement.

Glasslake solves this with an agentic orchestration platform that coordinates every phase of SAP transformation, capturing decisions, tests, and context as a byproduct of work already underway - building an organizational memory that accumulates across projects instead of resetting.

We're a team based in San Francisco and São Paulo, moving fast and already deployed with some of the largest SAP integrators in the world, including Delaware Consulting, KPMG, and NTT Data. We have reached >$3M and raised $21M in funding. The team comes from Stanford, Meta, Two Sigma, Microsoft, and NASA.

The Opportunity

Glasslake is hiring a Deployment Specialist in São Paulo to make our largest programs land.

SAP transformations rarely fail on software. They fail on adoption - on whether thousands of people across countries, functions, and competing incentives actually change how they work. The Deployment Specialist owns that outcome. You move the organization, resolve whatever blocks it, and you are accountable for whether the platform gets used.

This is a change-execution and resolution role first - not a governance role and not a technical one. Deep SAP expertise is welcome, but it is not what the role is built on. We are hiring for the ability to drive an organization through change and solve whatever gets in the way, not for module depth or process ownership.

There is no playbook to inherit. Our deployments are early enough that you will be building the motion while running it - working directly with the Deployment Lead and the founding team, inside accounts that are among the largest SAP integrators in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Run change management end to end: stakeholder mapping, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking. Getting people to actually use the product is the job, not a side effect of it.
  • Be the point of resolution for whatever blocks adoption - spot the problem, pull in the right people on either side, and drive it to closure.
  • Translate in both directions between SAP teams and C-suite sponsors.
  • Partner with customer program leadership at global integrators and the enterprises they serve.
  • Build the business case for the client - make the value of the deployment tangible and concrete to the stakeholders who need to be convinced.
  • Build the deployment motion - templates, onboarding flows, feedback loops - so each deployment is smoother than the last.
  • Feed what you learn back into the product and help shape the roadmap. You are closest to how the platform behaves inside a real program, and that signal shapes what we build.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, consulting, or client-facing delivery roles, with exposure to multi-stakeholder, multi-country programs.
  • Strength in change management: strong organizational instincts and communication, demonstrated in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • High agency and ambition - a track record of driving outcomes without being told how, across more than one project or company.
  • Highly resolutive - when you see a problem, you go get it solved, not just flag it.
  • Consulting background - comfortable with business strategy, structured problem-solving, and client management.
  • Startup experience, ideally early-stage - you know what it's like to build the plane while flying it.
  • Client-facing delivery experience, including presenting to senior and C-suite audiences.
  • Language: Professional English.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SAP implementations (S/4HANA programs).
  • Deep functional or technical SAP expertise.
  • Big 4 or systems-integrator background.
  • Experience implementing early-stage software.
  • Founder or entrepreneurial experience.

We Offer

  • Own deployments at some of the largest SAP integrators in the world, starting with the first ones.
  • Build the deployment motion from zero, with direct influence on how Glasslake delivers.
  • Real international exposure across Brazil, Europe, and the US.
  • A visible role reporting into the Deployment Lead, with close access to the founding team.
