Deputy Director of Electricity Distribution Company

Our client, the leading energy company in Ukraine, opens a vacancy for the position of Deputy Director of Electricity Distribution Company. The role involves leading corporate growth strategy and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of the corporate growth strategy
• Strategy implementation through tactical plans
• Forming a new approach to business
• Unbundling
• Building up effective processes
• Internal cultural transformation of the distribution companies by adopting a client experience management system
• Creating and introducing workplace behavior standards for working with both external clients and colleagues (internal clients)

Requirements

• Higher technical/economic education
• Experience in electricity distribution in foreign companies
• Successful experience in building up processes in a market environment
• Change agent: can carry out unbundling by financially balancing the company and taking into account the Regulator’s tariffs and limitations
• Fluent English and Russian
• Strategic view
• Ability to take responsibility
• Strong leadership qualities
