About the Position
We're seeking a Deputy Head of Human Resources for a global manufacturing and agriculture conglomerate, overseeing daily HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR management within a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
