About the Position
We are seeking a Deputy Head of Human Resource - Commodities / Agriculture for a global manufacturing and agriculture conglomerate, overseeing HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia
- Ensure alignment with company policies and practices
- Manage HR team and drive HR initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations
