About the Position
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for employment in the Department of Health and Rehabilitation for the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Coordination of Activities and Interaction with Central Executive Authorities on Medical Issues.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the organization of medical care for contingents defined in regulatory acts.
- Participates in the preparation of proposals for determining the priority directions of development of the departmental health system.
- Coordinates activities and organizes interaction with central executive authorities on medical issues.
- Participates in planning the work of the Department, development of targeted and prospective programs of departmental medicine.
- Under the instructions of the management, cooperates with organizations, institutions of other countries.
- Participates in the preparation of normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
- Provides high-quality and timely consideration of applications from various entities.
- Carries out other directives of the management of the Department.
Requirements
- Education: Higher educational master's degree.
- Work Experience: At least two years in public service positions or managerial positions in enterprises, institutions, and organizations.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in the state language.
- Knowledge of Legislation: Constitutions of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine, and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers.
- Professional Skills:
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts related to health activities.
- Forms and methods of working with the media.
- Rules of ethical conduct and labor protection.
- Skills in interpreting legislative acts and applying their requirements in practice.
- Ability to draft administrative and business documents.
- Experience in conducting business correspondence and preparing analytical reports.
- Proficiency in using computer equipment, software, and office equipment.

Salary
- Official salary: 5686 UAH
- Increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.04.2016 No. 292 “Some issues of remuneration of civil servants”.
- Allowances and surcharges (in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”).

- A written statement confirming the absence of prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Cleansing of Power”.

- Completed personal card of the established sample.
- Declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government, for the past year.
