About the Position

Deputy Manager / Manager - Finance & Treasury

Bosch Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager - Finance & Treasury with 2-5 years of experience in treasury management and FX, cash management, and treasury roles.

Responsibilities

• FX Management: Calculating and monitoring FX exposure, booking Spot, Forwards, handling EEFC, PE accounts. Active market updates.
• Liquidity Management: Adapt and organize liquidity management processes and practices to maintain adequate cash balances while optimizing cash utilization for streamlined financial operations including surplus management / financing.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Obtain and maintain accurate cash flow data, monitoring and forecasting to make informed financial decisions.
• Working Capital Enhancement: Participate in discussions related to liquidity management strategies (channel finance, supply chain finance) to stay ahead in the digital transformation journey for efficient liquidity.
• Digital Transformation: Participate in the development and implementation of automated treasury systems and tools, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual processes.
• Treasury Operations: Obtain necessary approvals and authorizations for cash management transactions in line with organizational policies to ensure compliance.
• Stakeholder Liaising: Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and asset management companies for timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Treasury Data Management: Receive and process financial data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the treasury function of a large organization or MNC with keen interest in Treasury Management and experience in FX, cash management, treasury, or related financial roles.
