Job Summary

Property Insurance Operations to manage end-to-end submission clearance, binding, and policy issuance activities within the P&C Insurance domain. The role requires strong expertise in Property Insurance operations, team management, client stakeholder engagement, MIS reporting, governance reviews, inventory management, and operational excellence. The incumbent will lead a team of 20-30 members, ensure service delivery quality, drive productivity, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Submission clearance/binding/issuance in P&C vertical space
• Excellent Domain & Subject matter knowledge of property insurance
• Excellent skills with respect to client management, MIS reporting, governance calls
• Strong hold in work allocation, inventory management, and issue tracking
• Should have handled spans up to 20 – 30 Team Members
• Immediate to 60 Days joiners preferred
• Insurance certification like INS 21, 22, 23 preferred

Requirements

• Transitioning work successfully for clients ensuring quality and efficiency in work
• Managing the process/client and planning, scheduling, execution, and measuring the process health
• Optimum utilization of resources to meet productivity
• Selection and upskilling of process experts to enable them to perform their roles effectively
• Conducting reviews and submitting progress reports of the team to the Senior manager
• Regular 1×1 meetings and Performance Management
• Recommend new ideas for process improvement
• Training need identification and execution of process training
• Knowledge management deployment
• Present the monthly dashboards, error trend presentations, and Performance Management reports
• Ensure that the team meets/exceeds service and quality levels as assigned by the Clients
• Coordinating with the client on process-related issues and updates
• Interview candidate to ensure quality of hire
• Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager, and conducting appraisal
• Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including attendance, attrition, and outages, to minimize customer impact

Qualifications

• BA/Bcom/BBA Graduate
