About the Position
CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are currently accepting CV for a Deputy Residential Manager. The role is based in Newcastle, Greystones, Co. Wicklow and is a full-time, permanent role. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for children and young adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team
- Combine leadership (26 hours deputising) and frontline support (13 hours)
Requirements
- QQI Level 7 in Social Care or equivalent
- CORU registration (or in progress)
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A compassionate, proactive approach
