About the Position
Design Engineer for Metal Engineering
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Design Engineer for Metal Engineering to join our team in Linz, Austria. In this role, you will plan, develop, and manufacture building and construction parts made of metal using modern CAD programs. Your work will contribute to the transition of the metals industry toward decarbonization and digitalization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop metal engineering solutions using CAD software
- Create technical documents, drawings, and plans
- Determine work steps, resources, and methods
- Assess work results and carry out quality controls
- Collaborate with other functional areas for production
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Ability to read and create technical documents
- Strong technical calculation skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
