About the Position
Design Engineer - US (Remote)
Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.
Responsibilities
- Build production-ready frontend code in complex, component-driven applications
- Utilize deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS (Tailwind)
- Develop and maintain design systems in production
- Experiment with microfrontend architectures, Vite, and composition APIs
- Create internal tools, improve developer experience, and automate workflows
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building production-ready frontend code
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS (Tailwind)
- Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems in production
- Familiarity with tools like Base UI, Storybook, and Figma Code Connect
- Exposure to microfrontend architectures, Vite, and composition APIs
- Track record of building internal tools, developer experience improvements, or workflow automation
Technical Fluency with AI Tools
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
- Familiarity with MCPs and how tools like Figma, Figma Console, and Notion connect into AI-assisted workflows
- Experience in experimenting with new AI tools and sharing insights

- A tinkerer who spots leverage points and builds what's needed
- Prioritizes systems over features and focuses on reusability
- Excited to redesign ways of working, not just product surface area
- Strong convictions about quality but knows when to ship
- Operates with high ownership and low ego
