About the Position
We're seeking a Chef de Partie for FZN by Björn Frantzén at Atlantis Dubai in Dubai, offering a unique culinary experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per the restaurant's standards
- Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
