Developer – Industrial Software (MES)

We’re looking for a Developer to join our team-someone eager to take on new technology challenges, share ideas, and grow professionally with a company that’s continually expanding.

Responsibilities

You’ll work on developing MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to help industrial companies improve their production processes.

In your day-to-day role, you’ll:

• Develop new features and solutions tailored to each project’s or client’s needs.
• Work with databases and optimize queries to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing support of MES systems.
• Collaborate with the project team (Project Managers, Implementers, and Developers) and stay in touch with team members throughout each project phase.
• Use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to optimize software development.
• Work on national and international projects, with occasional travel to client sites when required.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, is proactive, and is eager to make a difference. You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing knowledge, and collaborating to find solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Professional experience as a software Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Programming experience with C# .NET and/or Visual Basic.
• Availability for occasional travel to our clients’ sites.

Nice to have:

• Experience in industrial or production environments, or with MES systems.
• B2/C1 English proficiency (CEFR), especially for working on international projects.
• An interest in artificial intelligence.
