Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer proficient in Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB, with DevOps experience and significant experience in designing and operating distributed services in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining back-end microservices in Java / Spring Boot.
• Implementing and operating real-time messaging and streaming solutions via Kafka.
• Developing and optimizing MongoDB databases to manage large volumes of data.
• Participating in technical and functional design phases.
• Integrating quality best practices (testing, code reviews, CI/CD).
• Contributing to the security and performance of applications.
• Working closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams.
• Evolving in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 5 years of Java development experience minimum
• Strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot.
• *Expertise in Kafka (streaming, messaging, high availability).
• *Experience in MongoDB (modeling, optimization, managing large volumes).
• Solid knowledge of microservices and REST APIs integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Agile / Scrum methodologies.
