Développeur TIBCO EBX (H/F)

About the Position

Alten, a European leader in engineering and technology consulting, is seeking a TIBCO EBX Developer to strengthen its IT teams. Integrated into large-scale projects for clients in various sectors (banking, energy, industry, etc.), you will contribute to the implementation of master data management (MDM) solutions using the TIBCO EBX platform.

Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze the functional and technical needs of clients.
• Configuration and Setup: Implement solutions on the TIBCO EBX platform, ensuring the configuration and integration of modules.
• Development: Perform specific developments (Java, XML, etc.) to meet project requirements.
• Support and Training: Assist users in getting started with the solution and provide level 2/3 technical support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams (BA, PM, developers) to ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables.
• Technological Vigilance: Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions and stay updated on TIBCO EBX developments.

Requirements

• Education: Bac+5 in computer science, engineering school, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience on projects involving TIBCO EBX or similar solutions (MDM, master data management).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in TIBCO EBX (configuration, data modeling, workflows).
  • Knowledge of Java, XML, SQL, and REST/SOAP.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Functional Skills:
  • Ability to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency in writing functional and technical specifications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other MDM tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.

We Offer

• Competitive salary: EUR 48,000 - EUR 60,000 annually.
• Permanent contract.
• Location: Île-de-France, France.
