Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our remote team. Responsibilities include infrastructure optimization, cloud platform management, and system deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize and support the existing infrastructure to ensure it functions at full capacity.
  • Conduct regular optimization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Enhance the productivity of infrastructure and systems through strategic optimization efforts.
  • Develop and scale the system to accommodate growing needs and future demands.
  • Configure and deploy new instances of infrastructure and systems for seamless integration.
  • Implement cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and best practices to drive enhancement.
  • Ensure consistent daily communication within the team to facilitate collaboration and progress tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deep understanding of IaC principles and familiarity with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar configuration management and provisioning tools.
  • Container orchestration: K8s hands-on experience at least for 2 years. Deep understanding of core services and resource objects.
  • Cloud Concepts: Cloud platforms AWS and Google Cloud must have.
  • Operating Systems: Solid grasp of Linux, including command-line usage and system troubleshooting.
  • Programming & Scripting: Programming or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and process optimization.
  • Version Control: Git or similar version control systems.
