You join Sopra Steria within the Digital Platform Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will evolve within Sopra Steria internal teams in Infogérance-type services or be directly integrated into client teams. You will be accompanied by a dynamic team that will actively involve you in the overall project.

Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer integrated into the System Team, you manage the maintenance and evolution of scripts and application products.

The intervention is either:

• Delegated by the Cloud & DevOps team,
• Or directly within the System Team,

with the objective of ensuring optimal operational continuity.

With solid experience in this field, you join a technical team and:

Observability & Monitoring

• Implement and maintain observability tools
• Be proactive in anticipating incidents

Empowerment & Autonomy of Teams

• Support Agile teams towards greater autonomy
• Create guidelines and user guides
• Conduct training sessions
• Integrate new features into key tools:
  • EDB
  • Liquibase
  • Kasten

Continuous Integration (CI)

• Set up and manage CI pipelines
• Use tools such as Ansible Tower
• Align with Cloud & DevOps and System Team roadmaps

Automation of Tests

• Design automated testing solutions
• Secure delivery cycles

You bring technical expertise and ensure the robustness and compliance of systems.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus)
  • GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube
  • English at negotiation level
  • Tekton
  • Design and deployment of DevSecOps pipelines
  • Python
  • GitOps (ArgoCD)
  • Frameworks: Node.js, Java,.NET

• Experience:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role

Graduated with a Bac+5 and from an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

You have a results-driven culture and know how to gain client trust.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic.

You also have a good sense of service and client relations.
