Our client is an international product company with German capital, specializing in creating modern solutions for corporate banking. They develop their own products used by the largest banks in Europe, supporting the digitization of business processes and integration with banking systems. The software developed by the company operates in client environments, while internal teams focus on product development, process automation, and delivering new functionalities – without maintaining the production environments of banks.

Join the System Integration team, responsible for developing a platform supporting the software production process and CI/CD automation for products used by international banks. This position is designed for individuals with a development background (Java/Groovy) who want to develop their skills in the field of DevOps and modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced CI/CD solutions.
• Participating in the design and development of high-performance, secure, and critical systems for international banking institutions.
• Collaborating with experienced IT specialists and banking experts in an international environment.
• Developing skills by working with modern technologies and exchanging knowledge with an experienced team.
• Proposing improvements and implementing ideas that impact product and process development.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has development experience and wants to grow in the DevOps field.
• Understands the software production process and collaboration with development teams.
• Enjoys automating processes and improving work environments.
• Is independent, responsible, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
• Thrives in an international environment and teamwork.

Main requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming using languages such as Java or Groovy, particularly in creating and developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional experience working with the Linux system.
• Professional experience working with containerized software and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Very good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing (min. B2, C1 preferred) – daily work in an international environment.
• Sense of responsibility for tasks – an 'ownership' attitude.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Openness to collaboration with Product Owners and client teams.
• Higher education in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Practical knowledge of: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, OpenShift, Grafana, Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of the German language.
