Responsibilities

Support the organization in ensuring the continuity of critical services.
Verify the existence and functionality of recovery solutions-both with external partners and internally.
Facilitate the swift activation of these solutions in response to disruptions.
Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns to evaluate potential impacts of disruptions on critical functions.
Develop and update business continuity plans (BCPs), outlining procedures and resources necessary for maintaining or restoring operations.
Design and deliver training programs to educate staff on crisis management protocols.
Promote awareness initiatives to enhance preparedness and response capabilities across the organization.
Contribute to the creation and upkeep of all documentation related to the Operational Resilience Framework.

Requirements

3 years of expertise in risk management, business continuity, or related fields.
Technical expertise in crisis management and resilience frameworks.
Fluency in English / Spanish / Portuguese environment.
Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management.
Analytical skills, Communication skills, Collaboration and Teamwork.
Problem Solving, Attention to detail.
Adaptability to changing circumstances and effective response to unforeseen challenges and disruptions.
Continuous Improvement Mindset focused on process, documentation, and training enhancement.

Salary Range

30.000€ - 40.000€ Gross Annual + Benefits
