Location: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ES

Employment Type: FULL_TIME

Salary: €48K-€65K / year

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the design, maintenance, and improvement of the cloud infrastructure that supports our web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable deployments, scalable environments, and secure systems on AWS-based architectures.

As we scale and manage more complex projects, infrastructure maturity becomes crucial. You will help enhance CI/CD pipelines, strengthen observability, optimize cloud resources, and apply security best practices.

This role is ideal for someone with solid DevOps experience who wants to deepen their skills in cloud-native environments and contribute to building more scalable systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, ECR, ELB, etc.) for scalable application deployment
  • Orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS) and manage containerization with Docker
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments
  • Implement cloud networking and security practices to ensure infrastructure protection and compliance
  • Deploy monitoring and observability tools to track system health, performance, and enable rapid incident response
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment flows and reduce release cycle times
  • Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and alignment with internal standards and client requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
  • Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Knowledge of security best practices
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
  • Network security certifications or practical experience
  • Familiarity with database administration and performance optimization

We Offer

  • Work on complex and high-impact digital products
  • Modern cloud-native environment
  • Opportunities to improve and influence infrastructure standards
  • Work from our office in Las Palmas or Napoli
  • Company-supported relocation (housing and administrative assistance)
  • International work environment

About the Company

Lasting Dynamics is an independent software company founded in 2015, built without external investments. We grow through long-term partnerships rather than high-volume deliveries.

Many of our partners come to us after failed outsourcing experiences and stay with us for years. We provide complex web and mobile solutions with a strong focus on quality and responsibility.

We are now entering a new phase of growth: scaling our team, strengthening engineering standards, and integrating AI into our core workflows.

Relocation to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The city combines strong professional opportunities with an exceptional quality of life, offering a mild climate year-round, international connectivity, and a safe and vibrant urban environment.

Relocation Support

We actively support team members who choose to relocate. This includes assistance with housing, administrative procedures, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition both professionally and personally.
