About the Position
We are seeking a skilled System/Network Administrator with 2.5+ years of experience in Linux for a core team role. Ideal staffing requires a small core team for most of the project, and then significant numbers of people added late in the process (as late as the last sixth of scheduled time).
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux-based systems and networks.
- Ensure system performance, security, and availability.
- Collaborate with the development team to support system requirements.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of system/network administration experience (Linux).
- Strong knowledge and experience with various flavors of Linux.
- Programming/scripting skills (Bash/Ruby/Python/Java).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
