• A good Abitur or equivalent qualification, or currently on track to achieve it
• Initial experience with programming
• Interest in economic and management topics
• Enthusiasm for analytical thinking and mathematical principles
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts in writing
• Enjoyment in software development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in learning about other languages and cultures
• Logical thinking, diligence, and self-motivation
