About the Position
We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Dietitian to work on a locum basis in London. The successful candidate will provide specialist nutritional assessment, advice, and support to patients undergoing bariatric procedures, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist nutritional assessment, advice, and support to patients undergoing bariatric procedures.
- Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Provide nutritional counselling and support to patients pre and post-surgery.
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous NHS Dietetic experience
- Specialist experience within bariatric surgery
- Strong nutritional assessment and counselling skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
